Best Friends - Tiddly Inks

Good evening ladies, I have one more card to share with you tonight.  The image I used is from Tiddly Inks and is called Best Friends.  For my card I printed the image on Neenah paper and colored with copics.  I used kraft paper and some patterned paper from K & Company.

I stitched all the panels and added a few buttons.  Not sure if this picture shows it but the blue dress and the little brown vest has glitter.  :)  Really cute in real life.

I am going to enter this card in the challenge below:

Have a good night!

Perfection - Mo Manning

Happy Friday Ladies -

Today I have a card to share that I made for a co-worker who is going to be changing careers.  She is going to goto culinary school to become a chef!  How exciting!  I am so happy for her!!!

The image I chose to use if from Mo Manning and it's called Perfection.

I printed on Neenah paper and colored her skin with copics but used Prisma pencils for the rest of the image.  The designer paper is from Cosmo Cricket (I think).  It came in a little packet that has not name so I don't remember...   I added some stitching for interest around the image and the main panel and lots of colored bling!  :)

Grass Cake - Pennyblack

Good evening ladies.  Tonight I have a card to share using the Grass Cake stamp from Pennyblack.  This was a very quick and easy card because all of the black spots on the cow, the tablecloth, the chair and the purse were already black!

I used my copis to color the image and added some glossy accents to the balloons and the tea cup and saucer.  The flowers and the ribbon have some glitter for sparkle.  I hope you can see the gems on the eyes.:)

I used some designer paper that I bought at Michaels and some SU ribbon.

I am going to enter this card in the following challege:

Botanical Silhouettes - Papertrey Ink

Happy Mothers Day to all you moms out there!  :)

I have the card I created for my mom to share with you today.  I used Botanical Silhouettes from Papertrey Ink.  My mom loves flowers.  :)

Okay, here is the run down:  I used Kraft cardstock as the base and Neenah for the main image.  The layered papers are from my stash.  I used Old Olive ink for the stems and Real Red, Cameo Coral, and Barley Bananna for the flowers.  I die cut a picket fence using a MFT die.  I used a butterfly from Petaloo and a button and some twine from my stash.  The final touch was some glitter to the centers of the flowers.  Can you see the dimension on this card?  Several things were popped uo like the flowers and the fence..

Up, Up and Away - Papertrey Ink

Hola! Here's hoping you had a fun Saturday! I went to my daughters vollwyball tournament and then went out with my hubby and the girls to see Avengers. Okay - that was one one the best action movies I've seen. Two thumbs up!! :)

I have a card to share tonight that I made using a set from Papertey Ink called Up, Up & Away.

I stamped the main image on Neenah paper and colored with my copics. I used some SU ink on the clouds and alot of dazzling diamonds on everything to add sparkle. I distressed the edges of the Neenah white paper and used my coner chomper on the blue panels.

Canary Love - Saturated Canary

Hola Mamacitas!  I have a VERY different card (for me anyway) to share tonight.  I am using Canary Love which is a free image from Krista over at Saturated Canary.  The reason that this card is unusal for me is because it takes me WAY out of my comfort zone in card making.  I wanted to use flowers for the SC challenge but I don't have a wide variety of flowers... and to make it harder - the flowers that I did have in my stash didn't match my paper selection!  Jeez!  Well I tried - and I think it looks okay...

I colored the image with copics and added a few yellow roses - from my lovely stash.  :)  I added some pearls for a little extra sumthin.  The back ground paper is Neenah and I ran another layer of white through my Big Shot using a die that had vertical stripes.  This picture really does not show all of the dimension.  :(   I used a new paper pad from SEI called Vanilla Sunshine and I also used a matching border.  Very cute papers.  :)  Lastly I used my deckled edge and oval Spellbinders to cut out the main panels.  I tied some embossing string on and Waa Laa there you have it!

I am going to enter this card in the following challenges:

I hope you enjoy!

Wryn, Hanging Around - Tiddly Inks

Hey Chicas!  I have a fun card to share with you tonight - it's using a Tiddly Inks image called Hanging Around.  Wryn has so much character- she is full of spunk!  I printed her on copic blending paper and cut her out.  She is popped up on foam tape along with the clouds.  I used my new Spellbinders Nestibilities dies for the circle and the scalloped circle.  The clouds were punched out with my two Fiskars cloud punches.

I colored her with my copics and used a PTI sentiment.  The clouds behind her were sponged with Tumbled Glass distress inks.  The patterned paper is from Thrift Shop by October Afternoon.

I am going to enter this in the challenges below:

I hope you have a good night!

Hoping - Mo Manning

Good day!  I have a simple card to share with you today using Mo's image Hoping.  I think all women have probably been in this position once or twice!  :)

I printed the image on Neenah paper and colored her with my copics.  I added white satin ribbon as a finishing touch.  Pretty simple....

Ani - Saturated Canary

Hi Ladies, it seems like I have not posted for a loooong time!  I have been creating cards, but they are not for challenges - they are for co-workers birthdays!  So I can't share them as yet because sometimes they actually check out my blog.  I will share after their birthdays though.

I do have a fun card to share with you today.  It is a digital stamp from Saturated Canary called Ani.  She is the  most adorable hula girl!

I used my copics on her and added some soft clouds with my Tumbled Glass distress inks.  Her lei and the flower in her hair have some iridescent glitter.  The patterned paper is from Michale's and it is from a pad called Surf's Up.  I added some twine and a few SU buttons to finish it off.

I am going to enter this card in the challenges below:
