My Favorite Things - Spooktacular Friends

Happy Monday!

Today I have this sweet Halloween card to share with you.  I recently purchased the Spooktacular Friends stamp sent from MFT.  I love these adorable characters!  As with most sets - I always try and use all the images on my card.  I almost succeeded on this one!

I created the background with Distress Oxide inks.  I cut out a mask for all of the images.  That took a little while! LOL.  It was worth it though!

I colored in the stamped images with copics.  I added water splotches and white ink pen to add interest to all of the images.  I love how this came out!.

Tim Hotlz - Halloween Card

Hey Crafty Friends!

I hope you are all doing good.  I have been in the mood for Halloween lately.  I have decorations and even created a banner!  In the same burst of energy - I made this ghostly Halloween card :

For this card I used several die sets from Tim Holtz: Frightful Things, Ghost Town, and Bat Crazy.

I made the clouds using the My Favorite Things Cloud Stencil and White Pigment Ink.  It stands out very well on the Desert Storm Card-stock.

I used various Distress Oxide Inks to create the "glow" behind the windows.  On the windows themselves I covered them with Glossy Accents.

I cut out the bats from some black glitter card-stock. Lastly I added white gel pen to various areas of the houses and the trees to make them appear more dimensional.
