Chalkboard Technique

Hey ladies, happy Sunday!

Today a few a few cards to share using the very popular chalkboard look that is all over Pintrest.  I used the same Ocober Afternoon Thrift Shop paper pad so all of them look like a set.  I used a variety of stamps for the sentimets.  I used some Taylored Expression dies to help decorate the Lil Inker banner.  The doily is from Michael's baking section.  The individual card details will be below each card.

This stamp is MSE - Who Am I.

This stamp set is from Stampendous, it's called Holiday Home.  The little birds are a PTI die cut.

The stamp I used on this card is from PTI called A Big Thank You.

My last card in the "set" is using Mark Your Spot from Taylored Expressions.

Enjoy the rest of your night - work tomorrow.

Alisa with Roses - Mo Manning

Okay, I loved the card that I made for my sister for her birthday and I have since colored several of the Alisa with Roses image from Mo.  In the same color combo, AND using the same MME Market paper pad.  :)

I LOVE the combination!  I had to create another card with her.

I just added a few random rhinestones to add more bling than jus the glitter on the flowers and her dress.

I am submitting this card to the challenge below:

Enjoy!

Shirley - Mo Manning

Hi there!

Busy day for me today!  Lot's of volleyball and baseball.  :)

I have a few cards to share with you all tonight that I have been working on.  The first one is an image from Mo Manning that I have had in my stash in a while.  It is called Shirley.

I used the MME paper pad called Market for several of my cards today.  I used craft cardstock behind all of the little squares.  The image was colored with my copics and I added stickles to the ruffles in her dress.

I also used my spellbinders circle die and scallop dies on this card.  The ribbon is from my stash and so are the pearls.

I am going to enter this card in the following challenge:

Thanks for looking!

Alisa with Roses - Mo Manning

Hi there,

Today I have a card to share that I made for my sisters birthday.  I used an image from Mo Manning called Alisa with Roses.  It is one of my favorites images, so sweet and serene.  I loved the colors that I used on the card.  I think they are fitting for the image.

I used some My Minds Eye - Market paper and a doily that I bought in the baking section at Michaels.  The sentiment is from Taylored Expression along with the banner die cut.  I used some twine and a button from my stash.  Of course she is colored with copics.  You can's see it in this picture but I added sticked to her bouquet, the flowers in her hair and her ribbon and lace trim on her dress.

I am entering this card in the challenges below:

Enjoy!

Last card for the night.  It's another Stamping Bella stamp called Isabelle Loves Ice Cream.  Again I stamped the image on Neenah paper and colored it with copics.

I used some paper from Lime Twist called Fly a Kite.  I added some Spica clear to her dress and her chair.  It never shows up in pictures!

Have a great evening!

Pigtail Polly Bestie - Sherri Baldy

Hi Ladies -

Happy Valentines Day!  Today I have a card that I made using a new designer that I stumbled upon on the web.  Her name is Sherri Baldy and her images are adorable!

Here is the card I made using Pigtail Polly:

I printed her on Neenah paper and colored her with my copics.  I added a ton of Diamond stickes to her dress and all around her. I colored the ribbon and the tiny bow with my copics so they match the image perfectly.  I also colored the piece of Neenah around the image to match.

I am going to submit this in the challenge here:

Hope you enjoy!
