Craftin Desert Divas - Llama Party

Hey there!

Seems like I only post on Mondays! lol.

I made a card using a stamp set that was purchased from some one that was "destashing" some of their crafting items.  We all know how much stuff crafters accumulate!  Well I bought alot of stamps and dies in this bundle that did not have a label or name...  I am kinda leery when I post about items that don't come in original packaging - you never know if they are originals or copies - not with Ali Express around!  Any way - I posted this card on my Instagram and Craftin' Desert Divas responded to someone who left a comment that it is their Llama Party stamp, to me that means its a good one!

I colored this up with my copic markers and added some details with white gel pen and some shimmer with my Nuvo shimmer pen.  The balloons are from a MFT stamp set but I thought the card needed some more "birthday" flair!  The sentiment is also from the MFT set.

I hope you like it!

My Favorite Things - It's a Mice Time to Celebrate

Hi!

I made a trio of cards using the cute It's a Mice Time to Celebrate stamp set from MFT.  when I saw this set I had to get it!  These little mice are so stinkin' cute!  I stamped them a couple of times because I was not sure how I wanted to color them up - but when I used my copics in the cool greys I loved how it looked.  There was no need to pick another color combo!

I ended up coloring all of the images that I stamped.  I used the same copic color combinations on all of the images, I just switched up the colors on the party hats and the presents.  To add some more color to these cards I used the confetti stencil from MFT to add some "fun" to the background.  I blended them on with the Picket Fence Life Changing Blender Brushes and three oxide inks.

To finish of the card I die cut the mail panel using an MFT rectangle die and mounted it with foam tape to a white card base.  I added some Nuvo Shimmer Pen to the stripes on the party hats and the bow.

I hope you enjoyed these cuties!

My Favorite Things - Layered Champagne Glass

Happy Monday!

Today I have two cute cards that I made using the Layered Champagne Glass die from MFT.  I love how these two cards came out!

I used some papers from my stash for the wood panel paper.  I cut out the two glasses and used the new Card Sized Confetti Stencil to create the background with distress inks in Spun Sugar and Antique Linen.  I cut out the Cheers die with silver paper.  I added some sequins and those two cute bows to finish it off.

For the card that is predominately white, I cute the champagne glasses out of velum and added some iridescent glitter to the rim of the glasses.  I die cut the inner layer of the glass in pink and added the word Cheers in SSS Glitter paper.  I finished it off with some sequins.

Thank you for stopping by!
