Lawn Fawn - Plane and Simple

Hi Everyone,

Happy Hump Day!  I'm on a roll with my crafting!  :)  Today I have two cards to share with you.  I used the Plane and Simple stamps and coordinating dies from Lawn Fawn for these two cards.

I also cut the frames using the MFT Stitched Rectangle Frame dies cuts.  The clouds are made with the MFT Cloud Stencil and distress oxide inks.

I used my shimmer pen on details on the planes and the banners. The copic markers used for both cards are below.

I hope you have a great rest of the week - we are halfway done!

Thanks for stopping by!

Tim Hotlz - Halloween Card

Hey Crafty Friends!

I hope you are all doing good.  I have been in the mood for Halloween lately.  I have decorations and even created a banner!  In the same burst of energy - I made this ghostly Halloween card :

For this card I used several die sets from Tim Holtz: Frightful Things, Ghost Town, and Bat Crazy.

I made the clouds using the My Favorite Things Cloud Stencil and White Pigment Ink.  It stands out very well on the Desert Storm Card-stock.

I used various Distress Oxide Inks to create the "glow" behind the windows.  On the windows themselves I covered them with Glossy Accents.

I cut out the bats from some black glitter card-stock. Lastly I added white gel pen to various areas of the houses and the trees to make them appear more dimensional.

Thank you for stopping by! You can follow me on Instagram to see my cards as soon as I post them!

My Favorite Things - Sailboat Die

Hi Friends!

I haven't posted in a little while.  Just been bust with work and kids and life.  😂  I have a card that I created a while ago and never had the chance to post.  I used a die from My Favorite Things and I think the name is Sailboat Die.  I'm not sure and I can't find it anywhere...  regardless here is my card:

I used a background stamp from MFT and stamped the stripped background then used the Stitched Wonky Rectangle die to cut it out.  I used the Stitched Dome die for the frame that has the sea and the clouds.  I used the Cloud and Waves Stencils for that with Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean Distress Oxide Inks.

I used patterned paper from my stash for the base of the boat and I layered two pieces for the sails.  I used Antique Linen to distress the boat die cuts.  Lastly I used my shimmer pen to coat the sails so it sparkles beautifully.

Thank you for stopping by!
