Blog Hop - Jane's Doodles!

Hi ladies!

Today we are having a blog hop over at Jane's Doodles to showcase her new releases.  Jane has two new stamp sets Jungle Baby and Butterflies that you can order at the Jane's Doodles Shop and a new digi image called You're a Hoot which I used below.

I colored this little owl up with copics and added some glossy accents to his eyes.  The clouds were punched out using my Fiskars cloud punches and I outlined them with stickles.  The little branch and leaves are a part of the set and I fussy cut them all out and attached to the card.

I used a MME paper pad called Life of the Party for this card.  Please hop on over to Cathy's blog and don't forget to comment along the way for your chance to win the new sets!

Just in case you get lost here is the order of the hop!

Thanks for hopping along!

Bitty Bungalows - Paper Smooches (TPE223)

Happy Monday!

This week over at The Pink Elephant we have challenge #223 - Distressing/Paper Tearing for you!

Add our banner to your blog

I created a little scene using the Paper Smooches - Bitty Bungalows Stamp and Bungalows Dies set.

I used my Tim Holtz distressing tool around the edge of the card and on the little hills.  I used the MME, Lime Twist - Life of the Party paper pad.  After I distressed the edges, I sponged them with Tea Dye Distress ink.

I colored the little images with copic markers.  Usually I have such a hard time lining up stamps with the die cut image - not today!  Everything lined up perfectly the first time.  :)

I used the Wink of Stella pen on the heat in the sentiment and on all of the windows and doors.  I added rhinestones that I colored with my copics on the little trees.  The flower is from Prima.  I finished the card off with some hemp twine tied in a bow.

Don't forget to stop by the Pink Elephant Challenge blog and see what the design team has created!

Have a great day!

I have a few more cards to share tonight.

This one is a stamp from Stamping Bella.  I love the uptown girl images.  Here is Posh:

I stamped her on Neenah with Memento ink and colored her with my copics.  I used some clear Spica pen in various places like the tissue paper on the bag and the bows on the gifts.  I used some Life of the Party paper from Lime Twist.

Enjoy!
